Post 7 Changes to my study programme

  Well, since I’m studying right now, I can’t say a lot about the subjects I’m taking, in this career they have correlation, however, maybe things become clearer once I start working, maybe the signature that I felt was not that necessary becomes helpful and vice versa, the signature I really considered necessary not helping a that much. In terms of workload I would like to wait until we start normal activities, because studying all in home is actually more stressful than doing that on the college building, I think the hours should consider some time for refreshing oneself, especially now that we spend a lot of time looking at screen, it can cause some problems like headaches and sleep problems, or eye fatigue if the exposure is high (easy in these days) so I would like that the workload would consider that. I can’t talk a lot of the facilities, mostly because I don’t know them at full, I had been only in the laboratories, they were alright, but they don’t hide their age. I think

Post 6: Time travel to the future

  I would like to visit Chile in 2050, the reasoning behind this date its simple, it’s the date proposed for reaching the Carbon Neutrality, so I’m interested in seeing if that challenge was a success or not, not only in Chile but in the world, I would also like to know what happened in the years in between, something important had to happen in almost 30 years. What would happen to society? You never know how fast it changes,  what would happen to the world, maybe  new countries showed up, maybe some others will disappear, there will be wars? Or unexpected peace, what science advances will be made in those years?. To be honest, I don’t think about the future too much, I like to think about the present and the imminent future, things in the far future just escape our hands as individuals.   I have it clear, even if the future is a bright utopia I wouldn’t stay there, because I belong to this period, all the persons I love are here, my life just belongs here in general, even if I h

Post 5: My future job

 Well, I’m studying Chemistry, so of course I want to become a Chemist when I finish college, I am interested in the fields of investigation and experimentation, so I imagine myself in a lab working with a lot of chemicals, an indoor job from start to finish (I tried outdoor chemistry in my school years, it was not efficient), I don’t picture myself in an office (unless I got an important degree or something like that) I don’t know about traveling in my job, it’s not necessary unless you must go to lectures or something like that, however, I’m not against the idea, I’m open for whatever happens in the job in that matter. I’m thinking on taking a Major after I finish the main career, I really like nuclear chemist, I have a lot of interest in the uses of chemistry in Nuclear Energy, I think it’s a great alternative against the climate change, it has its problems, but the energy density and the fact that it does not emit CO 2 makes it a powerful tool in the road to stop using fossil

Post 4: Childhood series

  I’m not a person that watches a lot of series right now, however, that was not the case in my childhood, mainly because I had no access to videogames (my favorite form of entertainment). One of my favorites was SpongeBob SquarePants, since I watched it in the 2000’s I was able to see the classic chapters, I really liked the humor of the series and the characters, even as an adult I can watch the old episodes and have a great time, and it’s not the effect of nostalgia, the series is just fun to watch. However, the series I liked the most back then was Yu-Gi-Oh!, The concept and style was something mind-blowing for me back then, I even had some card (pirate ones), since it was a series following a main story I was really invested in no missing a chapter, as with SpongeBob, I can watch it and appreciate its creativity and themes, it was the series that defined my likings, I still play the game casually with my friends, in fact, I learned English with it since the game required a lot

Post 3: My pets

  I don’t have a pet, it’s not in my interest to have one right now, however, I do know a good number of pet owners, although the experiences that I can write here are limited, since I’m not good interacting with animals in general. The first pet that comes to my mind is a Dog named Hachi, it’s the dog of one of my cousins. His first appearance in the house was nothing from other world, he just appeared and that’s all, it’s a white and black Mongrel, she named him after Hachiko, the famous Japanese dog although he differs a lot from his namesake, he has a marked reckless behavior, as he leaves the house and goes outside to fight with other dogs, the thing is that the most popular dogs here are of a breed used for jackrabbit hunting, so he is in great disadvantage, due to this, he now has some scars and eye damage. Even with that reckless behavior, my cousin is really attached to him, he really wanted a pet when she was a kid (I don't have photos of the dog, but this one looks q

Post 2 The Best Holydays

I prefer choosing to talk about holydays, because I hate being in great groups of people, I’m also not a big fan of any Music band, I only listen to what I like and that’s it, so no concerts for me (Besides, I haven't been to a concert either) Choosing one place in my case is easy, it would be Bariloche, in the summer of 2019 (Late December), I went with ex-classmates (since we already finished school that year) for a week, the reason why I choose Bariloche is really simple, it was the first time I visited another country and actually took vacations in the more conventional way, with a hotel and that stuff. We walked through the city, it was really colorful (compared to what I was used to), we also went to an indoor pool and to a discotheque (although I hated that place, I only went once, and never again) I enjoyed the trip the most, so many places I never saw, the border complex “Cardenal Samoré” was not what I imagined it to be, in a good way, it is in the middle of a Fores

A Country to visit

Although being kind of a generic choose, I would really like to travel to Japan, mostly out of curiosity to know the place but also because it has a good market in collectibles and I like to collect videogames, yeah, not a deep reason. Japan has an estimated population of 125,3 million people and 377.395 km 2 of surface, therefore having a great population density of 334/km 2 (for comparison Chile has a population density of 24/km 2 ) In Japan of course I would take my time to visit the various landmark it has, but I would also like to buy collectibles, they are ridiculously cheap, near mint games can be found for less than 10 dollars, used consoles can also be found for cheap prices. Japan is a good place to visit, but I don’t want to live or study there, the way they handle work and live is not for me, So with Japan, I would just be a tourist (I don’t even have the money to be a tourist but you know what I mean)
